Group Coaching SUPERvision for Nature-based Coaches
The greatest thing coaching supervision provides is to help the coach notice what they cannot see in themself. Supervision for Outdoor and Nature-based coaches is for those who want to work on personal and professional development and develop new awareness through dialogic reflection in a virtual small group setting. Supervision for outdoor coaches is a phenomenological experience and invites nature into the reflective process. The coach brings the work of Nature-based coaching to supervision as we reflect on the interventions used and explore the coach-client-nature relationship and share wisdom of the group.

Regenerative Leadership Community - Sticks and Stones: What is Nature-based Coaching (webinar)
A discussion of Nature-based Coaching, what it is and how it differs from traditional coaching. In addition to providing a few concepts, we will have an interactive discussion on the subject to share ideas and experiences.
Nature based coaching is more than coaching a client in a natural setting. Nature-based coaching is a systemic coaching modality where the client, coach, and nature co-create the coaching experience. The beneficial impacts of coaching are compounded with the health benefits of walking in nature. This combination allows for both a deeper and broader exploration for the client. Nature-based coaching finds the sweet spot between the contemplative practice of Forest Bathing and the adrenalin fueled experience of Wilderness/Adventure therapy.

Agile Denver: Take Your Boss to Coaching Day (Virtual)
“How do I get my boss to go to coaching?”
Many Agile coaches say they struggle with their relationship with their boss (and bosses boss). Exploring this topic often uncovers a deeper issue about the relationship and the conversation then becomes:
If you had a better relationship with your boss what would be possible that is not possible today?
I am curious how bringing your boss to coaching would help your relationship.
In this Agile Denver Meetup on Bringing Your Boss to Coaching we will take an experimental approach to the topic of coaching up. The format will be a “group coaching” conversation with the goal of helping to strengthen your relationships, build understanding, and create positive forward movement. This is a coaching conversation for Agilist who want to improve their relationship with leadership, so they can co-create a culture to support high performing Agile teams. Help validate the assumption that coaching Agilest and their leaders improves both the relationship and organizational agility. If you are courageous and want to maximize your impact, invite your boss to attend this conversation with you.

Management 3.0 Workshop
This combined 3-day event integrates the hands-on of the #Workout directly into the practical learning of the Management 3.0 training.
Management 3.0 is a two-day management workshop that splits between theoretical and practical agile management, following along with leadership guru Jurgen Appelo's first best-seller Management 3.0. The one-day #Workout workshop is fully hands-on and, like the full-color book it's named after, jam-packed with a lot of play, games and laughter.
Some of the Topics and Tools covered in the workshop
Complexity: Much of what we know about management is based on practices designed in the industrial and manufacturing era. We are in the age of complexity and are quickly moving into the age of creativity where traditional approaches to management are less relevant.
Personal Maps: Learn ways to connect truly with your team and how to improve team collaboration.
Energize People: How can we find out what motivates our employees? How can we best create a working environment where some people love working in teams, while others prefer to work solo? We’ll explore how to adapt your leadership style to suit your environment.
Empower Teams: Empowerment. A great buzzword, but how do we do it? We’ll explore practices you can use right away to help your teams understand where the invisible electric fences are.
Celebration Grids and Experiment Boards: Learn how to celebrate learning, not successes or failures.
Levels of Delegation: Use Delegation Poker to make clear who’s responsible for what and to what level. This is a method where you can encourage employee engagement through controlled self-organization and clarified value and decision-making.
Align Constraints: Self-organization doesn’t mean chaos! Learn how to use situational leadership to put the right constraints in place.
Develop Competence: People love learning; learn how to foster a craftsmanship attitude.
Feedback Recipe: Teams and individuals need to appreciate why they are receiving feedback, in a way that makes them take immediate action and without causing too much of an ‘ouch’ factor. Learn to be constructive in your approach to giving feedback.
Grow Structure: Teams are often handcuffed by organizational constraints; learn how to create the right environment for success.
Improve Everything: Learn what Lean Change Management is and how to use it to improve anything in your organization.
And much more!
